Event Kit partnered with global creative agency Bastion to deliver Blackmores’ promotional activation at the Australian Open 2017. Event Kit managed all production aspects from concept build design through to completion.


Challenge: to create maximum event impact and consumer engagement, with a reduced operating budget.

Outcome: Successfully increased consumer engagement and actually tripled product samples distributed to consumers - 70,000 samples distributed at 14-day event, estimated brand exposure to 500,000.

Event Kit led design and development of both the build and internal fit-out. Activation comprised a custom-designed external branding wall, interactive digital kiosks, product sampling bar and social media wall. Partnering with great suppliers and implementing creative solutions were the keys to achieving maximum impact.
